SCIP Program (Workplace)

The Safe Community Incentive Program is a workplace safety program offered in partnership by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Safe Communities Welland.

Since our designation in February 2005, businesses in Welland have received a total of more than $24,000 in WSIB rebates because of their participation in the SCIP Program.

The fee to participate in the SCIP Program through Safe Communities Welland is a nominal $75 per person, which includes four half-day training sessions.
